The New Jersey State Policemen’s Benevolent Association, Federal Agents Local #121, presented a generous donation of $8,000 to the Comfort Zone Camp of New Jersey.

On hand for the presentation were: Larry Presta – FLEOA NJ Chapter President, Bruno Varano – Local 121 President, Dave Cipriano – Local 121 State Deligate, Brandon English – Program manager New Jersey Comfort Zone Camp and Gerry Ruane – Local 121 member & CZC volunteer.
Comfort Zone Camp is the nation’s largest organization of bereavement camps. Comfort Zone Camps are free to children, ages 7-17, which have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. Comfort Zone Camp has locations in five States including New Jersey. This year’s $8000 donation went to the New Jersey camp. It should be noted with just having the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attack, some of the children who lost a family member in the World Trade Center went to the Comfort Zone Camp.
